Esteemed panelists are Chris Fitzsimon, executive director of NC Policy Watch; John Hood, syndicated columnist, author, president of the John William Pope Foundation and chairman of the John Locke Foundation; Howard Lee, former state senator and former chair of the State Board of Education; and Becki Gray, speaker, columnist and senior VP of the John Locke Foundation.
