ABOUT THE ARTIST
Daniel Paparozzi is a senior at UNCW pursuing a B.A. in General Music. In his time at UNCW, Daniel has performed in seven Honors Recitals, and participated as a soloist in numerous concerts with the UNCW Chamber and Concert Choirs. Daniel has been an active member of Opera Wilmington, performing in concerts with the company and in all of its productions since its debut with The Merry Widow in 2014. In 2015, he performed with the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra as Tamino in their collaborative production of The Magic Flute with the UNCW Opera Outreach Project. Most recently, he performed the role Le Remendado in last summer’s production of Carmen, and will be performing the role of Don Ottavio in the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra’s upcoming performance of Don Giovanni in collaboration with UNC-WOOP!. Daniel attended the Laudate Dominum music conference in St. Pölten, Austria, under the baton of Erwin Ortner from 2014-2018. After graduating, Daniel will pursue a Master of Music in vocal performance at UNC Greensboro.

Presented in partial fulfillment for the Bachelor of Arts in Music.

DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC CONCERT GUIDELINES FOR UNCW STUDENTS

Arrive on time

•   Arrive at the concert venue at least 10 minutes before the posted concert time. If you need to get a ticket at the box office, have your UNCW student ID ready and arrive at least another 5 sooner.


Concert attendance and program stamping

Programs for students registered in Department of Music classes are stamped by the ushers at the end of the performance. 

   •   If you leave before the concert ends, your program will not be stamped.

   •   If ushers should run out of programs, ask them to stamp your ticket stub at the end of the concert. Let your teacher know what happened. 

 

Use of electronic devices during performances

   •   use of computers, tablets, phones is not allowed during performances. Anyone using an electronic device will be asked to put it away. Noncompliance may result in being asked to leave the event.
