The ensemble boasts over sixty professional quality musicians from the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra, Long Bay Symphony Orchestra, UNCW and CFCC faculty, the United States Marine Band, North Myrtle Beach Concert Band, Brunswick County Concert Band and select area professional musicians. A full concert season is established with the WSW playing only the best, most challenging repertoire. In addition, musicians lend their real world expertise to complete essential tasks as we bring this exciting ensemble to the fore of premiere east coast concert bands.
