Conducted by Joe Hickman, UNCW Chamber Choir
performs standard choral repertoire and holiday music, including a movement from
Bach's motet Singet dem Herrn ein neues Lied, Giuseppe Verdi's O Padre nostro,
and Franz Biebl's Ave Maria. Traditional holiday music will include unaccompanied
arrangements sacred and secular.
Chamber Choir is a select group, with members selected by audition from across the university community; approximately half are majors in the Department of Music.
